it would have been more helpful to have the internet software available to student in real size not in 45%; hard to turn in case studies for finals. Very disappointing that a student needs to be in classroom setting to do the case studies at 100% full screen to print out. This is a major flaw in the software and in a student investment for a workbook.

Not happy with this book at all. Besides everything being filled out, several pages had been torn out. If someone sells used copies they should make sure all the pages are there at least.
