I am impressed by how ambitious this text is w/several detailed chapters. The CV chapter explains complex systems very well. I would just advise careful reading as I have noticed some mistakes. The Critical Care Pharmacology chapter is great, but there are 2 mistakes in the medical calculation section, a Glyco dose answer is incorrect, and one should use subtraction not multiplication in a fluid additive question on step 1, p 427. There are also significant spelling errors/typos throughout. Overall though, a very good text.By JLM
As a two decade licensed veteran, I found the book insightful and useful in many ways. The author's appendix summarizing pharmacology is fantastic.By M. Hoag
