Bought this textbook because it was required for my nursing class. According to upperclassmen, my school actually used to have a different textbook which was so difficult to read and understand so they changed it to this one. This textbook is definitely more student-friendly. Easy to read and understand, and several illustrations to help guide concepts. I like how it highlights essential need-to-knows every now and then for important concepts. I got an A in my class, and got lots of questions on exams correct because I remembered them directly from reading the book even though they were not reviewed during lecture. If you're genuinely interested in this nursing material and can be patient enough to read, this book is really great. Don't forget to utilize your online resources with the companion website! You can do practice quizzes for every chapter to assess your understanding!By bumbletine
