I don't normally have time to leave reviews, but i decided to leave one for this book.This book was recommended by one of my instructors. At first, i was a little skeptical about buying it, but i am glad i DID! This you definitely need if you really want to pass ANCC board exam with ease. Now, there are some other great books and review materials i had to supplement with this book. But you certainly need it more since it is exam focused… Also, to get the most out of this review manual, you need to buy the volume two as well. The answers to the case studies and the exam style-questions and answers are in volume two. They are both expensive, but please save yourself the headache of retaking the test again. I wish i knew what i know now, i would have gotten it earlier than now. For those that are complaining of errors.. get over it! FYI: I am neither affiliated nor have anything in common with ANCC , other than the NP exam, but to be honest, i have not seen any errors yet. If i happen to see one, it is probably obvious misspelling or something, I would correct it and move on…lol Good luck!

I actually like this book more than I thought. I am an FNP student in second year, and debating getting this book so long because these two books in total cost like 140 dollars, which I thought as too expensive. Well, I still think they are expensive, the contents are great. This is exactly what I am supposed to know in ANCC FNP certification, and it is well-written/ summarized without extraneous information. I am pretty satisfied with these books.
