This book is sold with reviews that say it is excellent for rehab documentation, but it fails to tell the buyer that it is aimed at therapists only. Rehab documentation includes nurses, physicians, speech therapists, psychologists, etc. A whole interdisciplinary team! I thought that perhaps it still might be salvaged for the physical therapy team, so I brought it to their director. She was not impressed either. I returned the book to Amazon...By D. Long
