Finally a book on what to chart and how to chart it!! I have been looking for something like this for many years. I read to my students the good and not so good examples to help them critically think through the charting process.

As a new nurse, I have found this book to be very helpful. The organization of contents makes it very simple and easy to look up various answers and tips.
