The book written By Dr. Elaine Marshall is beneficial for any leader. The author has an excellent grasp of the subject and describes the components of transformation leadership concisely. The book is both interesting and easily understood. The author has provided a useful text for any nurse leader, and being a Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) student, I found the book valuable to both my education and my career as a nurse practitioner.
