Even though there's not much info about these cards on here, I still ordered them, and at first glance they look like they will be very helpful. On the front of the card it has a two-color drawing of the muscle, attached to the bone. At the top of the front is the name of the muscle (which is easily covered by the previous card, if you want to do it by picture alone). On the back of the card it has the Origin, Insertion, Action, and Innervation, as is listed above. The only thing about these is that they don't come with any sort of box. The come wrapped in cellophane. I would figure for $30, it would have come with a box.

Just got the cards and opened them and they only give you the muscle's origin and insertion along with action and innervation. I already have cards with this information from functional anatomy. I would have thought that these cards would have been on kinesiology's levers, pulleys, biomechanics and things of that nature not the basic anatomy of the muscle's origins, insertions, action and innervations. Do not buy these if you want them for kinesiology. I wish I could return and get my money back!!!
