its a very good book
I purchased this book because it was required for my phlebomoty class but I actually liked it. I expected the usually confusing textbook written in "textbook" language but it was anything but that. It easy to understand, helpful illustrations and a lot of practice quizzes that were very useful.By BrownEyedGirl_21
