If you are a psychiatry resident, you need to get this book! Great resource, but don't be misled by the title..."synopsis" is a misnomer. I bought this because the full two version K & S is too dense. Other book I would also recommend is "Resident's Guide to Clinical Psychiatry" by L. Marangell.By strikerdoc
Excellent book. Major review book for teaching for all 1st Year Residents in Psychiatry at Univ.MS. Medical Center/Psychiatry Dept. All residents use this as a major text for their studies in all years of Psychiatry Residency.By Walton A. Robinson Jr.
