This is a required book for my nursing course and to be honest I have the 5th edition also (but it didn't give me the correct page numbers to cite for the course so I had to replace it). Well the 5th edition is better. they have practice questions at the end of each section that were good but the chapter reviews, you have to go online and download the answer key. This is just annoying, it should be in the back of the book as a reference if needed. Also the pictures and diagrams just blend in. Important info is only found in some of the tables and boxes, but it would be a lot better if that information was in the text as well.By stefa
