My course has three texts and I find this to be the least helpful of the three. The other 2 contain everything in this book and more. Frankly, because of the other 2 texts, this was a waste of money but that is not the fault of the vendor or the author. As a standalone to be used as a reference it is a no nonsense, just the facts type of reference.

This book is very condensed. In doing so, it does not contain the detail of a textbook but it does have the take home points of a drug class. I read the chapter in this book before attending lectures. The chapters are straight and to the point with some helpful study tips. The material is organized in a easy to study from way. I highly recommend this book for people looking for a refresher or just seeing pharmacology for the first time.

The seller was also excellent. I could not have been happier with my purchase!
