Des Jardins goes into ALOT of detail on the cardiopulmonary health that is necessary to know so be prepared to study but it's a great book to study!By Alysse Teixeira
I’m not too far into the book yet but thus far I think it is an excellent book. It is well written and not overly complicated or wordy like many medical based books are. I do think that the online companion is not as good as it could be but that is probably because they have an additional product you can buy that is very comprehensive but expensive.By Mike D Holland
