This book is structured horribly and is very biased. I feel like most of it is just ramblings slapped on paper. One major thing I could not stand was that the book is completely one-sided (Democratic). It's hard to focus on the facts in this book when I keep running into one-sided arguments. I feel like the author is trying to shove their views down my throat. The only thing I enjoyed out of this book was the numerous court cases that it presented. Other than that, would not recommend.

Honestly this text book is just full of news clips and stories illustrating the subject being taught. I was disappointed with this text book. I love some examples of application or real life stories on the subjects I am learning but this text book was too cluttered with them.
