Full color text including tables and charts show that the full textbook is available in this Kindle edition. The weakness is in how to get to the sections you want on the Kindle. These sections are better on the Elsevier online version which this Kindle purchase also grants access. There are 3 areas they could improve to help the Kindle version a lot 1.) On the Kindle, the Contents Section has only 4 options: Cover, Table of Contents, Beginning and Location. The Index is not included. There are over 100 chapters, and the Table of Contents is expanded out to show the subsections for each Chapter. This means you have to scroll through 10-30 screens just to find the Chapter you want. On the Elsevier website online version, you can open or close the subsections for each chapter which makes the scrolling much less. They could improve the Kindle version a lot just by listing the Chapter Headings first before they show the subsections. 2.) The Index should be included in the Contents Section by alphabetic letter (Index for A, Index for B, etc.). 3.) The Search is also not very helpful. I did a search for Mastocytosis, which is actually Chapter 76. I got over 100 matches and it was not clear which one was the main topic. They should show the Chapter Headings first then show the links to other sections afterwards. On the Elsevier website online version, the same search shows 57 matches, but the Chapter heading is the first listing. They know how to do it on their online version, but did not put these features in the Kindle version. We can partially work around this by putting in Bookmarks on the Kindle, but it would have been nice if the publisher had spent a little more effort on the basic Chapter Heading and Index topics which would have made this work better on the Kindle. 4.
