Heavy reading. I need to read it multiple times to understand the topic. Maybe because I am not an economist? I just found it heavy.

This was a fairly uninteresting text. The concepts behind the chapters where unclear and all the authors did in my opinion was throw big words around and try to sound intelligent. If the authors went more in depth into the importance of management to today's health care system to include the affordable care act then it probably would have peaked my interest me a little more.
