Excellent and easy-to-read book that offers insightful strategies for students to develop and refine their leadership skills. This books is an excellent tool for all health professionals and is very well organized and easy to follow. I am sure I will be referencing and using this book for quite some time...great read.

Textbook for a class but really enjoyed it! Thorough, interesting, applicable, up-to-date. A little wordy at time but I think you'll find that with any soft science text.
